If you are not satisfied with the quality of the flower, plant, or gift basket, please provide us your purchase number and take a picture of the product, and describe the issues.
Product Replacement
Our florists make beautiful arrangements and bouquets of fresh-cut flowers or plants. If you got a broken gift basket, plants or flowers are damaged or dead:
- Please take a picture and email info@416-flowers.com along with your name and order number.
- Due to the perishable nature of the products, Quality complaints must be received within two days following delivery.
- Once one issue is confirmed by customer service, we will send a replacement.
Order Changes and Cancellations
416-Flowers is unable to cancel or change orders already in process at the florist, en route, or delivered.
Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed.
If you are calling about an order that is scheduled to be delivered today, call (888) 633 9049. For other changes, email customer service.
A cancellation fee of fifteen to twenty-five percent may be charged, depending on the circumstances. Please note that in some cases, cancellations may not be possible, such as situations where we receive short notice, or if the order has already been dispatched, delivered, or is en route.
No cancellation would be accepted on prepared orders and ready-to-ship orders.
No cancellation during peak holidays: Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, Father's day.
