Substitution Policy

We try our hardest to deliver your plants in a timely delivery. We ensure great care and attention is given in the preparation of your order so it is of great quality, fresh and looking as similar to your request. Though sometimes your plant may not be in season or due to a particularly bad season, it may be of poor quality. We will notify our customers of any plant substitutions.

If we must, we will substitute with equal or greater value plants
If the plant container is not available we will substitute with a similar container

Delivery Policy

(3) Methods of delivery

You might have a single method of delivery, you might have many. Typical examples include:

standard delivery;
express delivery;
next day delivery; and
international delivery.

Customers may have a choice amongst the methods. The choice of method may, however, be conditioned by the place of delivery and/or the types of products purchased.

(4) Places of delivery
